8+ years of software engineering experience for Senior Software Engineer II, or 12+ years for Staff Engineer scope. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Must have hands-on experience designing, implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting Red Hat SSO / Keycloak in enterprise production environments. Strong understanding of Red Hat SSO architecture, realms, clients, roles, identity federation, custom authentication flows, upgrades, troubleshooting, and security hardening. Deep understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, Active Directory, LDAP, MFA, OTP, and identity federation. Strong AWS architecture experience across IAM, EC2, Route 53, VPC, ALB/NLB, S3, CloudWatch, and cloud security controls. Experience with highly available cloud design, disaster recovery, Terraform or CloudFormation, secure SDLC, APIs, microservices, integrations, and distributed systems. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder-management, and mentoring skills.
