Handles advanced support, troubleshooting, customization (CPM plugins, PSM connectors), and upgrades for the CyberArk PAM platform (Vault, PVWA, PSM, CPM, PTA), focusing on complex incidents, root cause analysis, integrations (AD, Cloud, DBs), automation (PowerShell, REST APIs), and ensuring PAM compliance for security & audits, SAML and MFA integration Patching activity, troubleshooting of log sources Cyberark, Defender/Sentry certification mandatory, CDE optional
