Job Title: IAM SAILPOINT Role Summary: Experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional with 6+ years of expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). Skilled in implementing, configuring, and supporting identity governance solutions, including application onboarding, access provisioning, lifecycle management, and policy enforcement. Key Responsibilities:  Implement and manage SailPoint IdentityIQ (installations, upgrades, patching)  Design and develop IAM solutions including rules, workflows, and configurations  Onboard enterprise applications (AD, Salesforce, Oracle ERP, JDBC, Delimited, Google, etc.)  Configure lifecycle events (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) and role-based access controls  Develop provisioning, aggregation, and connector rules  Implement access certifications, policies (SOD), and compliance controls  Integrate IAM with third-party systems (e.g., ServiceNow)  Perform production support, troubleshooting, and enhancements  Conduct code reviews, deployments, and version control (Git)  Support automation of identity processes and reporting Key Skills & Technologies:  Primary: SailPoint IdentityIQ (8.x), Identity Governance  Secondary: Java, BeanShell, Apache Tomcat, Linux, Windows, MySQL  Tools: Git, Eclipse, ServiceNow integration Experience Highlights:  Delivered IAM solutions across multiple domains (Insurance, Telecom, Healthcare, Education)  Designed and implemented role-based access models and entitlement policies  Automated provisioning/de-provisioning and compliance workflows  Led development and deployment of custom solutions aligned to business needs
