Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have** Secrets Management : strong hands-on experience with one or more Secrets Management solutions: Akeyless (Preferred), HashiCorp Vault Operations / Production Support: Experience working in a 24x7 Production Support or Operations environment. Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, and Release management processes. Experience handling critical production incidents and escalations. DevOps & Cloud : CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI. Container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Cloud platform –GCP. Scripting & Automation : PowerShell, Python Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Must be willing to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call support for critical incidents. SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Provide L2/L3 operational support for the Akeyless Secrets Management platform. 2 Monitor platform health, availability, performance, and security. 3 Troubleshoot incidents, service disruptions, and platform-related issues. 4 Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures. 5 Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes. 6 Support platform upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities. 7 Manage and support secrets lifecycle management. 8 Ensure platform availability and adherence to SLA/KPI commitments. 9 Improve observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions. 10 Collaborate with application teams, infrastructure teams, security teams, and global stakeholders. 11 Support audits, compliance reviews, and security assessments. 12 Participate in customer governance and operational review meetings.
